We absolutely loved our experience from start to finish. From the moment we booked the Austin Princess, everything was so easy and straightforward. The communication was great, the booking process was simple, and we felt really confident that we’d made the right choice.
On the day, the Austin Princess looked absolutely beautiful and was the perfect car for our wedding. It really did feel like such a special part of the day.
Our driver was lovely — so friendly, professional and punctual, but also really relaxed and easy to talk to. He made us feel completely comfortable and looked after us so well.
The journey from the church to the hall was honestly one of those little moments from the day that we’ll remember. Being driven over the moors, taking in the beautiful scenery and having that bit of quiet time together after the ceremony was just perfect. It was such a lovely way to travel to the reception and gave us a chance to take everything in.
Looking back, we’re so glad we chose the Austin Princess. The whole experience was special, personal and completely stress-free, and we genuinely couldn’t have asked for more.
